Face Masks: All patrons and attendees must wear a face mask at all times while in the venue and during a performance, except when eating or drinking in their assigned seating, or due to infirmity, or if under two years of age.

Program Requirements: The Restrictions Exemption Program requires the venue to screen every patron or attendee, 12 or older:

For Alberta Residents: A valid Alberta vaccine record with QR code that shows name, birthdate, and vaccination type and date (paper or digital) will be accepted. Albertans 12 and older can get their vaccine record with QR code at https://www.alberta.ca/covidrecords.

For Out of Province Visitors: Other provincial vaccine records, including records with QR code, will be accepted.

For International Travelers: ArriveCan app and valid international travel identity document will be accepted.

First Nations and Armed Forces Patrons: First Nation vaccine records, Canadian Armed Forces vaccine records, and U.S. Military proof of vaccination and ID cards will be accepted.

Valid photo identification that matches the vaccine record is also required for adults 18 and over.

If unable to provide the above, a proof of a negative COVID-19 test result from a sample that is taken within the prior 72 hours, and/or an original vaccine medical exception letter may be accepted, at the event promoter’s discretion.

Any guest 12 years or older, who is unable to provide the required items, will be denied entry and advised to contact the box office by phone or electronically.

Guests younger than 12 years-of-age will not be checked, but must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult.

Refund Policy:  Reseating, rebooking or refunds are at the event promoter’s discretion.  Contact your original point of sale for any events that were cancelled or rescheduled. If you are denied entry due to not wearing a mask, failure to provide a vaccine record or failure to provide a negative test, your ticket is 100% non-refundable.

Medical Exemptions:  Guests with exemptions should contact the promoter prior to the event to ensure accommodation for physically-distanced attendance can be made.  The venue partner and event management will advise event organizers to reserve a section of seating suitable for medically exempt attendees.  Guest’s original seating choices may not be available to them.

Front-of-House Staff:  Ushers, ticket takers, bartenders and other venue staff must be fully vaccinated by October 25, 2021.  In addition, staff will be subject to a health questionnaire and temperature check at the start of their shifts, and must wear a face mask in accordance with masking requirements and whenever engaged with the public.
